Announcement on New Checklists and Forms for Registration of Foundation

Labuan FSA would like to introduce the application forms and checklists for registration of Labuan Charitable Foundations (private and solicit public donation) and Labuan Non-Charitable Foundations. The purpose of issuance is to assist applicant in the preparation of application documentation. Nevertheless, this is a pilot testing stage whereby Labuan FSA may amend the content as and when necessary. All applicants are required to use these checklists and forms effective from 9 November 2018. Please do not hesitate to contact roc@labuanfsa.gov.my should you require further clarification”.
