Incorporate a Labuan Company (Limited by Shares)

  1. Once you have logged in go to the Home page.
  2. On your Dashboard select Companies and within the drop down list select Limited by Shares – then Incorporate a Labuan Company

3. Select the Company name for which you are wanting to Incorporate and complete each tab with all the required information.

4. Once all the required information is filled in you review all on the information to make sure it is correct.

5. Once you have reviewed the info and are happy with it submit the request.

6. You will then be required to process payment.

7. confirm Payment details – continue

8. Your request has been sent to Labuan FSA for approval.
