~ Suspension of the FPX Payment Gateway (MYR) in COR@L
We refer to the Circular on Payment of Fees and Other Chargeable Activities in United States Dollar (USD) Denomination issued on November 1, 2019. Please be advised that all amendments to the applicable regulations and orders were gazetted in 2022 and took effect on January 1, 2023.
We hereby issue a reminder to the public to refrain from undertaking any further MYR fee payment via FPX transactions on the COR@L system. This is to avoid any unnecessary time consumed in processing the payment refunds, discarding business services, and making additional efforts to redo and complete the resubmission of business services in COR@L.
Kindly be reminded to only submit all USD payments at our new secured payment gateway, LePay (https://lepay.labuanfsa.gov.my).
